Instructions:

YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION IS THE EMAIL FROM PAYPAL (following secure Paypal purchase, you will be sent an immediate
confirmation of payment by email from Paypal). NECOEM will not be contacting you further unless there are program changes. Advance registration is advised. Any
